I teach missionaries around the world about the Body-of-Christ-centric nature of their calling, equipping them to build their own teams of supporters, who partner with them so that they can thrive in their role on the mission field.
Training
Developing a Biblical worldview when it comes to thinking about the going-and-sending of missions and the role supporters play as equal partners in ministry.
Coaching
Helping those who have been trained to apply those principles to their own circumstances so that they can invite others to be a part of the work God has called them to.
Resourcing
Developing materials that help make both training and coaching more effective for those who participate in it, and creating resources that can be shared with their supporters.
Be a part of raising up a generation of missionaries
We also remain connected to local ministry work ourselves here in Guatemala in a part-time capacity.
Kids
The main ministry work with children each week is through ‘Club Exploradores’ (Explorers Club) – a Bible-focused kids club run for the children of the communities close to the city dump.
Teens
Those from low-resource backgrounds are helped through a scholarship program to remove the obstacles that would prevent them from finishing their secondary-level education.
Elderly
Developing materials that help make both training and coaching more effective for those who participate in it, and creating resources that can be shared with their supporters.
Participate in providing local projects for those in need
As well as the indiviudals, couples and families who are part of our team, we are proud of the connections we have had with various churches during the years
